Maintenance Policy
At Urban Jungle, we understand the importance of proper plant maintenance. That's why we offer a range of plant care services to ensure that your plants stay healthy and thriving. We use only the best products and techniques to keep your plants in top condition. Our experienced team is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our clients. Each experience will come with a legally binding contract to protect both you and Urban Jungle. We have one-time maintenance, biweekly, weekly, every two weeks, or monthly contracts. Receive a discounted rate when you lock in a +6 month contract.
Rental Policy
Looking to add some greenery to your space without the commitment of purchasing? Urban Jungle offers plant rental services for short or long-term periods. Our extensive selection of plants ensures that we have options to fit any space and style. Our team will work with you to determine the best plants for your needs and provide ongoing maintenance to ensure that they look their best throughout the rental period. Each rental consists of a deposit of 100% the cost of the plant up front, then a 60% return on each plant returned in the same condition they were rented in. There is a 10 day maximum on rentals.

A 35% surcharge will be added to any rentals needing installment/pick up/delivery.
